About This Opportunity
The Client Support Team Lead role offers a unique chance to join Carousel Consultancy Ltd's dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client care strategies and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

This leadership position demands strong management skills and expertise in client service management. You will be responsible for developing proactive client processes, managing client issues, and creating client service procedures. Your goal will be to ensure client retention through outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Drive client process improvements to enhance satisfaction
  • Manage complex client issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Establish and enforce client service standards and procedures
  • Lead and motivate teams remotely to achieve excellence in customer support

What You Can Expect:
A competitive basic salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), comprehensive benefits package, including pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, and learning and development opportunities. A hybrid working arrangement is available with 3-4 days in the office per week.
