As a Field Account Manager at Rentokil Initial plc, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of circa 200 existing customers. Your primary objective is to build relationships, sell additional services, and take care of their every need. This role involves a mix of field-based customer appointments and home/office-based customer account management duties.

About the Role
  • You will identify, source, and sell long and short-term contracts with businesses.
  • You will generate and develop leads through networking with other divisions.
  • You will build relationships both internally and externally.
  • You will work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Selling additional services to existing customers.
  2. Taking care of customer queries and issues.
  3. Maintaining client relationships and presenting new products.
  4. Working with key accounts to maximise sales.
  5. Negotiating and closing contracts.

Requirements:

  • An ambitious, outgoing, dedicated personality.
  • Field-based B2B Sales or Account Management experience.
  • A background in business development or customer service.
  • A full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Estimated Salary Range: £26,019 - £48,489 per annum, depending on location and performance.
