Franchise Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our team and drive the growth of our franchise operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Franchisees and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial awareness, and key performance metrics. They will be responsible for leading multiple Franchisee partners across a large geographic area, ensuring operational and commercial alignment with our business plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Conducting routine business reviews, analysing KPIs and providing strategic insights to maintaining operational excellence
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Franchise stakeholders and executive managers
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, with benefits including a company pension scheme and onsite parking.
