Job Title: Business Development Executive

An established company in the Southbourne area near Bournemouth is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and lead existing and prospective franchisee relationships.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our business success. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met, and working closely with franchisees to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple franchisee partners across a large geographic area, ensuring operational and commercial alignment with the business plan.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.
* Conduct routine business reviews, analyse KPIs, and provide strategic insights to maintain operational excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, stakeholders, and executive managers.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in franchise management or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
* Monday to Friday working hours; 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.
* Company pension scheme.
* Onsite parking.
