Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager in the UK Defence sector. You will be responsible for leading our business development efforts and driving growth through new business wins.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Work closely with business and technical leads to identify opportunities and develop capture strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and Commercial Intermediaries
  • Apply business development and sales tools and techniques to provide guidance and direction
  • Help lead the development of existing and new crewed and uncrewed capability, supporting investment business cases
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' demonstrated success in Defence industry BD
  • Established professional network within relevant commercial organisations
  • Relevant experience in winning business with defence-related customers and industrial partners
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as other benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous annual leave allowance.
