On Trade Business Development Executive

COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with one of the leading drinks wholesalers in the UK to recruit an experienced On Trade Business Development Executive. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced industry, working with a leading brand to drive business growth and expansion.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing relationships with customers, and driving business growth through increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service and collaborate with external partners to achieve shared objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector. You should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as commercially astute negotiation skills. A self-motivated and target-driven individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced industry and be willing to travel regularly.
The estimated salary for this position is £43,000-£48,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and company car, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
