Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, growing and nurturing leads to generate new business opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Grow and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute on account plans.
  5. Arrange meetings and calls with clients (occasionally requiring out of hours calls depending on client's time zone).
  6. Set up and hand over leads to the Business Development Manager.
  7. Monitor communications and follow-ups including projects in bid phase.
  8. Help prepare bids.
  9. Liaise with Marketing Department to publicise work previously undertaken.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Proven experience in account management or business development.
  2. Strong track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
  6. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  7. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
