Business Development Manager

Vitality Corporate Services Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires 2 days of work per week in either Bournemouth or Stockport office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships, and possess a strong individual presence while also being a team player.
This role offers a salary of £52,250 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a defined portfolio of Vitality clients to achieve business growth and retention goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiation: Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities and retain existing clients.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
