Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bournemouth, focusing on growing our e-cigarette business with independent retailers.
About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to work in the field, promoting and distributing SIM cards and e-cigarette products. This includes visiting existing customers, cold-calling to gain new business, and building strong relationships with retailers.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. You should have a competitive spirit, initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation. Additionally, you should possess solid experience in B2B sales environments and hold a full driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the field, promoting and distributing SIM cards and e-cigarette products.
- Visiting existing customers and cold-calling to gain new business.
- Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining high levels of product and service knowledge.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £30,000 per annum. Additional benefits include a company van, iPad, pension, cost-price handsets, accessories, and SIMs. You will also enjoy time off over Christmas, additional annual leave after two years' service, training days, and an annual party.
