Senior Business Development Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager in the UK Defence sector. We are looking for an experienced individual who can develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and win new business.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve growth objectives
- Work closely with business and technical leads to identify opportunities and develop capture strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and Commercial Intermediaries
- Apply business development and sales tools and techniques to provide guidance and direction
- Help lead the development of existing and new crewed and uncrewed capability, supporting investment business cases
- At least 4 years' demonstrated success in Defence industry BD
- Established professional network within relevant commercial organisations
- Relevant experience in winning business with defence-related customers and industrial partners
