Senior Business Development Lead

Sphere Solutions is a market leader in the delivery of Modular and Manufactured builds, mainly within the Residential and Education sectors.
As Senior Business Development Lead, you will manage Commercial performance of all projects across the business. Your key responsibilities will include providing commercial support to Project Managers & Surveyors, managing Commercial Risk, and leading projects up to £10M.
A suitable candidate should have relevant degree level qualifications and experience in both JCT and NEC contracts. Membership of RICS, CIOB, or ICE is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
