Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly ambitious and competitive individual to join our dynamic Sales Development team as a Trainee Sales Academy representative. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in outbound prospecting, build strong relationships with CEOs, Marketing and Sales Directors, and progress into an Account Executive position within 6-12 months.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue growth. Our Sales Development team is supported by a comprehensive onboarding process, led by our Learning & Development team, ensuring you have the necessary tools and training to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of achievement, success, and hard work, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new situations. You will be an excellent communicator, eager to absorb all the training we provide and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with uncapped commission structures and quarterly sales incentives to destinations such as Croatia, Madrid, and Las Vegas. Additionally, you will receive daily and weekly team incentives and competitions, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, birthdays off, paid personal development, and company social events including Summer/Christmas parties/Dodgeball/Ski trip. Our HQ also features an onsite gym.
