About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Sales Development team as a Trainee Sales Academy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting to CEOs, Marketing and Sales Directors using multiple channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.

The primary goal is to book well-qualified virtual meetings for your Account Executive, who you will be partnered with upon joining. Before embarking on your day of prospecting, you will spend an hour on self-development and prep, nurturing your data, listening to calls, practicing, and ensuring your day is set up for success.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our future growth plan and long-term success. You will have the opportunity to promote and receive automatic pay rises every 3 months - the first being into a Senior Role where you will target our larger key accounts and the second being into a 360 closing role.
