Point of Sale Account Manager Lead

We are a fast-growing and innovative company looking for a talented Retail Point of Sale Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of retail experiences, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our retail clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor on all things related to point-of-sale solutions.
About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is around £48,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
