We're on the hunt for a talented Retail Point of Sale Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Recra Consulting. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with retail clients, foster strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic point-of-sale solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships built on trust and understanding of their business needs.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upgrade and complement our portfolio of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continually improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
