Account Management Executive

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You'll work closely with our Head of Project Management to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and maximizing account potential.
- Project Coordination and Management: Oversee multiple regional and national projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Project Management Expertise: At least three years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong Client-Facing Abilities: Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex project details to clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional administrative, planning, and organizational abilities, with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- IT and Project Management Tools Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using project management tools like Wrike (or similar).
