Care4YOU Medical Centre is a leading healthcare provider looking for a skilled Medical Office Assistant to support our team. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional patient service, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of appointments, referrals, investigations, tests, and concerns.
  • Answering and calling patients, families, and medical professionals.
  • Handling front desk duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, and updating patient demographics.

Requirements:

  • Abide by CARE4YOU Medical Centre policies and procedures.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant Diploma or similar credentials.
  • Preferred at least one year working experience in a medical clinic or medical office.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR experience).
