  • Answering phone calls, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Coordinating with specialists and following up on reports.
Qualifications:
  • Accredited Medical Office Assistant Diploma or equivalent credentials.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical clinic or office setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
