About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Apprentice Specialist to join our team at the NHS.

You will be working closely with the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team, providing administrative support to service users and healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include processing referrals, coordinating referrals with clinical teams, and managing waiting lists.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through apprenticeship training and development programs. You will also benefit from working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,525 - £19,210 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including SystmOne
