Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our legal team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff members with correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events
- Develop and implement effective filing and record-keeping systems
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
