Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Via Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • To estimate the amount and costs of supplies and food items, maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • To supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, instructing them in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • To prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, as well as prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
