About the Role

This rewarding role involves providing support and care to tenants in their daily lives, helping them to participate in various activities and enjoy a wide range of experiences. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality support and care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver support services across both schemes.
  • Undertake outreach work to support individuals in their communities.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and progress.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised support plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including shift work and sleepovers.
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement.
  • Unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS checks. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
