Job Overview

Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of person-centred care and support services for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We are seeking a highly motivated Support and Wellbeing Worker to join our team in Whitby.

About the Role

This rewarding role involves providing support and wellbeing services to tenants in their daily lives, helping them to participate in various activities and enjoy a wide range of experiences. As a Support and Wellbeing Worker, you will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality support and wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and wellbeing services to tenants in their daily lives.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver support services across both schemes.
  • Undertake outreach work to support individuals in their communities.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and progress.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised support plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality support and wellbeing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including shift work and sleepovers.
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement.
  • Unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS checks. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
