About the Role

Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily living assistance and support to individuals with complex needs
* Promote independence and empowerment in our residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* 1+ years' experience working in a care setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols

Working Hours
