About Us

Creative Support Ltd is a passionate, inclusive and anti-racist organization committed to providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. Our team works across various schemes, undertaking outreach work to support individuals with complex needs.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering support that enables our service users to take part in everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities. You will have skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training and career development. Benefits include probationary bonuses, pension contributions, 28 days' annual leave and company-paid enhanced DBS checks.

Job Description

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes
  • Participate in shift work, including sleepovers, to ensure 24-hour coverage

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
