Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Part-time Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at CARE4YOU Medical Centre. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a Medical Office Assistant Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a medical clinic or office setting. Advanced computer skills, particularly EMR systems, are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for tasks such as patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of appointments, as well as handling front desk duties. Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary to excel in this position.
CARE4YOU Medical Centre offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Estimated salary: $18.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week.
