Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and engaging environment, fostering a culture of dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Encourage participation in activities and hobbies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience in care required; we'll provide comprehensive training and support
- An understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
