Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live their lives to the full. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of each person we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver person-centered care that is responsive to the changing needs of our service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each person we support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or other complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
