Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
