About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Larpool Lane. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
- Support residents to participate in a range of activities, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
