We are seeking a dedicated Support Care Specialist to join our team at Walsingham Support, a leading provider of care services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The Role

As a Support Care Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our service users to develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs and goals. You will also work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support that encompasses physical, emotional, and social care. Your role will involve:

  • Providing direct support to our service users in their daily lives, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each service user.
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Building positive relationships with our service users, their families, and carers to promote trust, respect, and open communication.
