Administrative Apprentice Specialist

Join our team as a Band 2 Administration Support Assistant and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care at the NHS.
Working within the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to service users and healthcare professionals. Your primary duties will include processing referrals, coordinating referrals with clinical teams, and managing waiting lists.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through apprenticeship training and development programs.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,525 - £19,210 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with IT systems, including SystmOne
