Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity to join the NHS team as a Band 2 Administration Service Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Working within the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to service users and healthcare professionals.

Your primary duties will include processing referrals into the Trust's clinical computer system, coordinating referrals with clinical teams, and managing waiting lists. As an apprentice, you will have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We are offering a competitive salary of £18,525 - £19,210 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including SystmOne
