Support Services Manager

We are looking for a Support Services Manager to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless delivery of administrative services to our clients.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing scheduling and appointment management
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and other documents
- Coordinating with clients to prepare financial statements and reports
- Reviewing and editing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Managing basic bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate records
