About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Service Delivery Expert who has experience working as part of a small team with high levels of customer service delivery and the ability to problem-solve when needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong eye for detail. They will also be able to manage their own workload and prioritise accordingly.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits including 20 days' holiday + Bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 1 year service, and an Enhanced Pension Scheme.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage their own workload and prioritise accordingly.
  • Customer service experience from within a Business to Business environment.
  • Strong eye for detail.
