Job Title: Cocktail Expert Wanted

Macy Browns Cocktail Bar is seeking a skilled Mixologist to enhance our beverage experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and hospitality, with a flair for creating innovative cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Create unique beverage experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  3. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create drink pairings that complement menu items.
  6. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  7. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in bartending or mixology.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Basic maths skills for handling transactions.
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  6. Strong time management skills.
