Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow HR configuration, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup.

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow, as well as exposure to HRSM/HRIS systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HR configuration, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup
• Participate in all phases of testing and go-live activities
• Maintain the configuration and updates to the HR platform once the system is live, in partnership with the Platform Administrator
