Medical Office Support Professional

Care4YOU Medical Centre is a reputable healthcare provider seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting primary care physicians and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of appointments, referrals, investigations, tests, and concerns.
- Answering and calling patients, families, and medical professionals.
- Handling front desk duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, and updating patient demographics.
Requirements:
- Abide by CARE4YOU Medical Centre policies and procedures.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant Diploma or similar credentials.
- Preferred at least one year working experience in a medical clinic or medical office.
- Proficient in medical terminology and computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR experience).
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.50 per hour.
