Job Title: Medical Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Glen Hill Medical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing their expertise in triaging and obtaining vitals, injection administration, and medical terminology to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple doctors of different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Triage patients and take vitals.
  • Handle physician referrals (sending and monitoring for acceptance).
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures when required for diagnostic testing.


Requirements
  • Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in the province of practice.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.


Compensation and Benefits
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
