Healthcare Front Desk Administrator

Join Care4YOU Medical Centre as a Medical Office Assistant and take on a challenging role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Duties include:
- Patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of appointments, referrals, investigations, tests, and concerns.
- Answering and calling patients, families, and medical professionals.
- Experience with EMR preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Sorting and handling office mails, faxes, lab reports; inventory and ordering of all office, medical supplies, and vaccinations.
Requirements:
- Abide by CARE4YOU Medical Centre policies and procedures.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant Diploma or similar credentials.
- Preferred at least one year working experience in a medical clinic or medical office.
- Proficient in medical terminology and computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR experience).
