We are rated outstanding by the CQC, and our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. As our Practice Manager, you will work closely with our partners and administrative teams to ensure the day-to-day running of the practice meets all necessary management duties.

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of practice functionality, including staff management, efficiency optimization, and financial performance. You will also lead innovative initiatives to promote quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development, and compliance with CQC regulations.
