Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to join our integrated healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team in achieving clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory assurance.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement evidence-based care pathways in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, and other agencies.
  • Support the development of clinical competencies and lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents.
  • Clinically supervise and advise on service development, ensuring high-quality person-centred care.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate advanced practice skills and their impact on practice change/development.
  • Leadership/management experience with a positive impact on service delivery/practice at an advanced/expert level.
  • Educated to Masters Level or Post Graduate advanced clinical/professional qualification.
