About the Role

Nimbuscare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in York and surrounding areas.

As a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to support patients' mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, their families, and carers to promote patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in mental health to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Practitioner with current registration (NMC/HCPC).
  • Minimum 1 year's experience post-registration in mental health practice.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions, assessment, and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
