About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team in Whitby, North Yorkshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to the team, using advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to the team
  • Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care
  • Support development of clinical competencies
  • Carry out clinical supervision
  • Carry out clinical audits
  • Lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents
