Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust in Whitby, North Yorkshire.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to the team, using advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care.
Main Duties
- Provide clinical and professional leadership to the team.
- Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care.
- Support development of clinical competencies.
- Carry out clinical supervision.
- Carry out clinical audits.
- Lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents.
