About the Job

As an Enterprise Business Growth Manager at Redscope Recruitment's client, you will contribute to the rapid expansion of their Cyber Security Managed Services and VAR business. Your role involves driving revenue growth through identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the IT or cybersecurity sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cyber security market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Foster long-term partnerships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your offerings

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development roles within IT or cybersecurity services
  • Consistent demonstration of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A successful history of developing lasting business relationships
