Trinity Resource Solutions is a global award-winning brand activation partner seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

This role is ideal for an individual who has a solid account management background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client partnerships, developing account strategies, and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews to align with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling presentations to communicate campaign results, business proposals, CRM plans, and strategy.
  • Deliver best-in-class project management and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Manage project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure projects stay true to strategic goals and client KPIs.
  • Take ownership of project delivery on your account and lead your team to success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop your team.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing, CRM, Martech, and integrated approaches.
  • Experience working with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and take a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Line management experience advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

Paying a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract and benefits including hybrid working and professional development opportunities.
