Job Title: Account and Data Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Account and Data Director to join Trinity Resource Solutions, a global award-winning brand activation partner based in Gloucestershire.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing senior stakeholders, overseeing and mentoring a team, and looking at the bigger picture while managing budgets and finances.
The role will focus on Strategy, Data, Martech, CRM, and Email Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure client expectations are understood and managed.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Participate in and lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop clear, engaging presentations and present campaign results, business proposals, CRM plans, and strategy.
- Lead your team to deliver best-in-class project management.
- Create, circulate, and manage related project plans and schedules for relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations via review meetings.
- Evaluate profitability while maintaining strategic goals and client KPIs.
- Take overall ownership and responsibility of project delivery on your account.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your account team in managing clients, client requirements, and their own contribution and development.
- Be commercially aware and able to manage budgets.
Requirements:
- A strategic thinker who can assess business opportunities.
- A creative problem solver with structured thinking.
- Ability to identify issues affecting delivery timescales or output.
- Demonstrable communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop your team.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for concise communication.
- Solid account management background.
- Understanding of direct marketing, CRM, Martech, and integrated approaches.
- Experience working with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to delegate effectively and take a hands-on approach when needed.
- Line management experience advantageous.
- An approachable personality who builds strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
- High levels of energy and resourcefulness.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits: This position offers a fantastic hybrid working arrangement and a 12-month fixed-term contract.
