Join Trinity Resource Solutions as a Strategic Client Manager and play a key role in driving our business forward.

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing and mentoring a team, managing senior stakeholders, and focusing on Strategy, Data, Martech, CRM, and Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understand and manage client expectations.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in and lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Create clear, engaging presentations and present campaign results, business proposals, CRM plans, and strategy.
  • Lead your team to deliver best-in-class project management.
  • Develop and manage related project plans and schedules for relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate profitability while maintaining strategic goals and client KPIs.
  • Take overall ownership and responsibility of project delivery on your account.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your account team in managing clients, client requirements, and their own contribution and development.
  • Manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • A strategic thinker with excellent assessment skills.
  • A creative problem solver with effective thinking.
  • Ability to identify and address issues affecting delivery timescales or output.
  • Demonstrable communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for clear communication.
  • Solid account management background.
  • Understanding of direct marketing, CRM, Martech, and integrated approaches.
  • Experience working with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and take a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Approachable personality with strong rapport building skills.
  • High levels of energy and resourcefulness.

Salary: This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits: We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid working arrangement.
