Job Description

The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our services, working closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager to achieve this goal.

This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management
  2. Develop and maintain accurate documentation related to service delivery, risk, and resources
  3. Monitor progress and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to address them

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
